Coming to the debutants, Gattamaneni Jai Krishna has a long way to go as an actor. He definitely looks confident in action episodes👍. His dialogue delivery needs improvement, but when it comes to emotional scenes, he struggles to leave an impact👎. The expressions feel flat, and the emotional depth is missing👎. Since this is his first film, there’s enough scope for improvement, and with the right script selection and training, he can certainly evolve into a better performer.
Another debutant, Rasha Thadani, looks charming on screen and makes a decent first impression👍. She performs her part well within the limited scope of the role and has good screen presence👍.
Mohan Babu is completely underutilized👎. An actor of his calibre deserved a much stronger character, but the writing never gives him a chance to showcase his acting prowess👎
The biggest drawback of the film is its writing👎. The story follows a very old and predictable commercial template. A routine story isn’t necessarily a problem if it’s backed by an engaging screenplay, but unfortunately, the screenplay is equally outdated👎. Almost every scene feels familiar, making the film highly predictable from start to finish.
What’s even more disappointing is that this film comes from Ajay Bhupathi👎. There isn’t a single sequence where you feel the director who delivered intense and emotionally gripping moments in his earlier films. His signature style is completely missing, making this one as his weakest directorial outings👎
The songs fail to create any impact👎, while the background score is decent enough to support a few scenes but never elevates the film.
Overall, this turns out to be a disappointing launchpad for Gattamaneni Jai Krishna. Despite the debut factor and a few sincere performances, the outdated story, lifeless screenplay, and lack of strong direction make it a forgettable debut entertainer👎👎👎
